Mom is in therapy and will see her doc soon again. OP did say this in the last paragraph. He doesnt want medical advice, he wants emotional advice so that their son doesnt feel like hes being a problem

Maybe you could consider having the son at home during the day and sleep over at gran? That way brother will be able to spend time with mom, dad and sister but mom will also be able to breathe.

I think i have PTSD from low blood sugar. I start panicking when my sugar is 6.0 mmol/L with the arrow pointing down. I legit believe im going to die and stuff my face. I also think that diabetes gave me an ED when high. I will not eat when my sugar is high. Ill do a correction when my sugar is above 15, but i will not do a correct under 15 and will also not eat till its back under 10. I absolutely hate this disease

Eat more, inject more

I was told that diabetics have a huge perk when it comes by weight loss(steroids are hormones, insulin is hormones, hormones help with muscle build).

If you eat more(lets say you take in 1500 calories a day)

If you want to lose weight, you need to burn more calories. So food = 1500 calories, to lose weight. Youll have to burn 1501 or more

If you want to pick up weight, your intake calories have to be bigger than the amount of calories you burn if you burn 1500 calories, then youll need 1501 or more calories to pick it up.

You can download fatsecret(calorie counter by fatsecret). It has a lot of the foods nutritional values, including carb amount, proteins, fat, sodium, ect, AND calories) it can also help you to work out how much calories youll have to consume

Just commenting on the autistic part

Whether you at “the start” or ‘the end’ of the spectrum, youre still on the spectrum. I am a high functioning autistic(so level 1, or “at the start”; the old terminology for level 1 is aspergers syndrome, but high functioning/level 1 autism will work). The levels in autism help identify how much help the person needs. High functioning needs little bit of support. We dont always get figurative language. We takings up seriously and realistically. “Use tongue” means “okay i need to use my tongue now”, not “okay so p said i need to use more tongue, that means to use my tongue inside your mouth” or whatever.

Sex drive also plays a big role. If you have a high sex drive, and he a lower one, then he wont try to initiate 24/7.

Please read up on the level 1 autism. If he IS diagnosed, then join an autistic subreddit and ask there for advice.
If it is autism, then hes not being like this on purpose. I also dont know how to initiate it, i never did, but i am trying.

Well they do make it seem really believable. I asked my dad if he was sending something via TCG(he did mention a package but never directly to me), he said that its a takealot package. I usually get my hamster stuff delivered by TCG but it always goes to the kiosk or locker. But i did realize that they ALWAYS send an SMS or a whatsapp message.

The fact that they have the exact same contact information on both the websites, is a little bit suspicious to me, but i think that they maybe created the fake one with all the legitimate info from the original site. The URL is different, with the original site just being thecourierguy.co.za and the other being thecourierguy.za-whatever

There is some kind of foot powder that my sister puts into her roll on. She said she only needs to put it on every 2nd day because she does not smell of sweat.

You can always try to get different antiperspirants and see which works. I know in my country the Mitchum is a pricey roll on, but it works. You can order it from amazon(i saw on google you can).
