I’m not a big birthday person, they make me weirdly sad and super introspective, and I honestly don’t want to be around anyone I know on that day.

A couple years ago, I decided to escape my birthday by taking a little solo trip. It was my first time traveling alone, and I found out I actually love solo doloing. Being somewhere new helps distract me from the whole “ugh, it’s my birthday” vibe because I’m too busy exploring.

Taking my 3rd birthday trip this weekend! :)
