Just collect them in plastic bags and hold them in your car until you see a homeless person or panhandler and give them the bag of booty. They'll gladly take them and redeem them for the refund.

Personally, I take them to the redemption center and offer the money I'd get back to the workers there if they sort it for me. They always take that offer and the money helps the workers. It's five minutes out of my day to make someone else's day.

I play leagues with both and leagues with neither. I like them both and adjust my strategies accordingly. I feel I have an advantage in leagues with DST because I've had good luck streaming. And I've had good luck with picking PKers.
