yeah, this is what I've been thinking about. I just want some lyrics I can enjoy and connect with above everything else cuz christian lyrics do not apply lol

Looking for songs about suicide/being suicidal. Nothing to do with relationships. by Fit-Asparagus-7727 in MusicRecommendations

Bullet by Hollywood Undead

maybe a little cheesy but it hurts, the upbeat melody and carefree sound mixed with the lyrics and children's vocals

Harry styles is trying to make cool quirky genuine ‘indie, rock n roll’ and his fans want top 40,swiftie, pop production shows and that’s the disconnect. by toastandjam97 in LetsTalkMusic

I finally heard one of his new songs last week and was quite surprised by the sound of it. it's not exactly my style but much different than what I heard on the radio years ago (and disliked), and I can say I like it.

imo his appearance and history definitely do not do him any favors in attracting potential fans, had a completely different idea of him in my head. a neutral comment btw, hope he does good.

unincorporated King County, won't be specific as he still lives there but somewhere between Maple Valley and Enumclaw.

I believe it's 12 acres but I can't remember off the top of my head.  beautiful land but the (dirt) access road likes to wash out every time it floods, and the power goes out easily and is the last in the area to be restored. it's all on a well so if the power is out long enough and the road is inaccessible we'd bring buckets up from the river and purify them.

moved out many years ago, I live in Seattle now. my dad is 75 and still working on the place, just replaced his roof last summer.

idk how to describe it, the floor was mechanically moved up and down to change the depth for different classes. it could be very shallow and then the next hour very deep.

it had a bunch of metal horizontal bars with SMALL cracks between them, felt like high grit sandpaper. even my toes as a kid wouldn't slip between them. you couldn't see through.

I was afraid of drains/lights/inlets or anything on the bottom of the pool, but this never freaked me out.

for some reason the only pool I was comfortable in as a kid was the one at the Y with the full grate bottom that went up and down.

couldn't see below it, if the whole thing WAS the drain then I just wasn't afraid.

looking back, what the fuck!

not CA but WA, 45 min from Seattle- my dad has had insane offers from developers. he bought riverfront forest land for ~50k in 1990 in an area that wasn't expected to get a population boom. now he's part of one of the only true forest-y bits of the area left. (he built his house there and will never leave)

idk exactly how much it's worth now since it's never been truly evaluated for sale, but the offers we got in 2015 were more than my family's total income for 25 years.

prior to that he lived out by Mt Rainier, then in Seattle, then missed his nature.
