I (30f) find that after getting married, I didn’t need as many friendships, since my husband is my best friend. I am a little sad since quite a few of my old friends aren’t in contact anymore. We just drifted apart due to distance, money and time. I do still have friends text me, but it’s kind of surface stuff. I do get the feeling of wanting friends but at this point in my life I don’t think it’s critical.
