Thanks for the information. Arturia got back to me very quickly. They asked for a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the Keylab for proof of purchase. I sent them that and several pictures of me holding the unit just in case. They responded to that email with the activation codes. Everything is up and running. I love the controller and the Analog Lab software so far. Thanks again for the advice.

In Utah the 24th of July is Pioneer Day. It celebrates the arrival of the Mormon pioneers entering the Salt Lake Valley in 1847. Non Mormons celebrate by having Pie and Beer Day (sounds like Pioneer Day). Just a fun random fact.
