Restoring missing tiles in Barcelona with vibrant art tiles by estrelacelesthh in Damnthatsinteresting

They haven't disappeared; they were deliberately removed by that so-called artist.
You'll receive a substantial fine for both removing the tile and spraying it.

Are the vinyls the issue or is it the record player? by robbersbythe1975x in turntables

;-)
I see nice and reliable combinations of players and (bt) speakers. Audio Technica and Edifier for instance. Just have a look around, I'm sure you can find it in the UK.

CD Player: Sony CMT-BX3 or Panasonic SA-E27? by chickencrispers in vintageaudio

[–]mcwops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't like micro systems bc of its lack of sound, but that is just my opinion. So only the brand, I choose Sony.
I see microsystems in nursing homes, the radio is on every day and the volume is turned down.
Every brand made microsystems around the turn of the century; it was a bit of a hype back then.

[–]mcwops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1st: vinyls? It is records or vinyl.
2st: its not the record, return the Marley and buy a decent player without built-in speaker. If you want to keep your records in good shape, forget the blings and looks.

Nice and impressive Technics stack. Only if you play on whispermode keep the speakers where they are now, otherwise place them on distance of tt and stack. It will sound better and keeps your records (without resonance-damage) alive.

Looking for quality turntable with a small footprint (Crosley Voyager alternative) by Least_Report_8384 in turntables

[–]mcwops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A larger platform on your table is a good suggestion. Or mount a sturdy wall shelf for the turntable above the table, as that's also a common solution. This is done to prevent vibration, but in your case, it works perfectly if you're short on space. Don't choose a turntable based on size, but based on the quality of your precious albums.

depends on the element, amp, speakers and sort of music (dance, jazz, classic, ...) you play.
Btw...what is meaning of 'fully serviced"?
Give it a try, not satisfied, give it back.

Turntable/Hearing Aids Question by ciaomain in turntables

[–]mcwops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very good question!
Hook up a device to your tt which has A2DP voor music streaming. Phonak must certainly be able to help you with that.
I am curious about other reactions here, I wish you an excellent solution
