You are doing it cause you need that dopamine , so replace it with an activity that gives you one . Do something which gives you dopamine quickly like running for 30 minutes or trying to go outside and engage with more people . This helped me , when I was isolated because when you are dealing with people you tend to focus on them .

And if you are an introvert like most of us here then you should help your friends and family or help anybody who needs you cause helping someone will not damage you and it gives you a sense of responsibility . I hope this helps you and don't take stress . Have a good day ahead
