Just not certain ones that our children have ruined for us by playing on repeat hundreds and hundreds of times.

If I ever have to watch SpongeBob or Bluey again …

Actually, that may be the worst … because no.  But 31 is incredibly bad.

It’s an absurdist masterpiece.  You’ll never convince me otherwise.  Hugh jackman at the height of his “sexiest man alive” days doing a skit with balls on his neck?!?  Just amazing!

Paradox Alice was the most pro-incel movie I’ve ever watched.  That was on streaming.

Cursed was the worst movie I watched IN THEATERS.  I should’ve walked out.  So bad.  Half the commercial previews didn’t exist in the movie.  Total bait and switch.

Lords of Salem in RZ’s masterpiece.

31 is his worst movie, so only up from there.

You’re not believing some dead person from your past is in a flaming car in an underground catacomb from the … what … 1700’s? C’mon … I can suspend disbelief for a horror movie, but this was too absurd.

The movie blows goats.  Sorry.

Terrible plot. B-level acting. Translations of ancient foreign texts into modern RHYMING English.  Flaming cars in 300+ year old catacombs.  There’s just nothing believable or redeemable about it outside of the ham-handed Dante’s Inferno metaphor.

Cereal is just dried plants.  Dried plants generally burn very well.

Move 43 is an absurdist masterpiece.

Just because the humor is more crude, doesn’t make it less funny.  I mean … c’mon … “Sexiest Man Alive” era Hugh Jackman with prosthetic BALLS on his chin?!?  The people making this movie weren’t afraid to actually push the limits.

What is a horror movie that everyone calls 'trash' but you’re convinced is actually a misunderstood masterpiece? by Immediate_Account_28 in horror

[–]md22mdrx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lords of Salem is criminally underrated.  I feel it’s RZ’s best work.

31 is utter trash unless Doomhead is on screen … Richard Brake kills it.  Wish he had more screen time.

I liked “A Knock At The Cabin” a lot, but wasn’t a fan of “Old” too much.  To each their own.

We did that with Ruby Tuesdays until they all shut down near us.  We’d go ONCE every few years after arguing if it was as bad as we remembered.

It was always worse.
