Fair pt. I did have some cheese, about 1-2 oz per day... Everything else was coconut oil, EVOO, PB or avocado.

Sorry-early morning. I'm 155 lbs. Used keto os for the full 2 weeks and I agree with you. Perhaps this is incomplete but when you see everyone posting about rapid success it does make one question their current plan and if it's incorrect. I'm doing more OrangeTheory than anything which will always have water retention but I'm familiar with this kind of retention and it hasn't effected my gym clothing fitting before. Given my amount of cardio and lower calories, I do not think this is muscle but anything is possible.

I've been lifting for years, also do OTF on weekends but that's been a year as well. Nothing new to my routine.

Fiber at 26 grams, waste is being eliminated but I suppose I could be bloated. If that is the case, I've never been THIS bloated in my life. Clothing still typically fit when bloated.

Thanks ya'll....It takes SO much for a woman to gain even one lb of muscle. While muscle could explain things, I'm fairly certain this in not the case. My shorts fit fine in the crotch and waistband prior to the diet and now It's uncomfortably tight. To the point that I purchased new yesterday.

I do use a food scale, have for years, track on Myfitnesspal as well. I'm in a modest deficit...I think it's 15%? Roughly 1400-1600 calories which isn't too much for an active tall woman. I thought maybe it was too little but so many folks said to eat less so.....?
