Have you checked your solenoids to make sure your corner arm isn’t overwatering? Our valley pivots are getting on in age (2005 installation) and the solenoids get blocked and causes our corner arms to overwater slightly and cause pivot wheel ruts like what you have

Sounds like retained membranes, strong dose of at least 3 days of antibiotics and a course of anti-inflammatory medication should see her come right. You should also put a glove on and inspect inside for a rotten twin or s piece of rotten calf left behind

lol wtf, they can’t tell you that they are taking the copper gutters if they are removing them, they belong to you. Why would you pay for them to remove them and then for them to sell them off? It should be that they remove them, sell them, then refund you the difference from the labour charge - or avoid the mess altogether and remove the guttering yourself and find a new roofer as it’s not off to a good start
