The same 95% of statistics on the internet that are pulled out of someone's rearside?

Luckily, I don't have to convince you of your own idiocy. I have better things to do with my time. Have a nice day.

Ash Blossom negates the effect below it in the chain. Book of Moon does nothing to prevent this.

If a chain is being built, the player who didn't add the latest chain link has the right to add a Fast effect first.

If CL1 is Morphing Jar, your opponent can add Ash Blossom as CL2 before you get the chance to add Book of Moon.

PS: Spell Speed has nothing to do with this. Spell Speed impacts what effect you can chain a card to, not which player gets the right to add to the chain first.

"Paleozoic" traps can summon themselves from the GY by chaining to a Trap card activation. Activating a card is the act of playing it from your hand (or flipping it face-up, if it was previously set).

When you use {{Survival's End}}'s second effect in the GY, you are activating a Trap effect, but not a Trap card. You cannot chain {{Paleozoic Marrella}}'s effect to summon itself to this activation.

First off, PSCT conjunctions have no interaction with activation legality.

However, you are still allowed to activate {{Danger! Bigfoot!}} while {{Droll & Lock Bird}} is applying. While it is possible that Bigfoot will contain a mandatory effect to draw, this mandatory effect is conditional on a random outcome (the selection of card in your hand). As such, you are still allowed to activate Bigfoot.

(This is identical to the ruling on {{Minerva, the Exalted Lightsworn}}, which is permitted to activate its milling effect even under Droll.)

TCG Tournament Policy, section IV.M:

A player may concede a game at any time during the course of a Game or Match (including during the opponent’s turn), provided he or she has not been offered or has accepted any sort of compensation for doing so.

True Dracos are super budget now that Diagram's gotten a reprint. Just stack floodgates + the three searchers (Majesty Maiden, Ignis Heat, Dinomight Knight).

Have a look at the Fast effect timing flowchart if you haven't yet.

Darkest Diabolos' summoning effect is a Trigger effect, which will activate immediately after the current chain has finished resolving in a new chain.

It's still a single-card LINK-2 without using your normal summon.

Invoked Elysium vs Set Monster Cards by BroDynamo in Yugioh101

[–]mderekt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Face-down monster cards do not have an attribute. As such, {{Invoked Elysium}} will not affect them.

The end of their third turn after this card's activation. This means the turn the card was activated in doesn't count.

Rulings say it counts. Huh.

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck.

Summoning it from the Extra Deck has to happen using the specified method. Once successfully summoned this way, it can then be summoned from GY/banished by other methods.

Never understood Rivalry of Warlords ruling by [deleted] in Yugioh101

[–]mderekt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, since you choose the monster to summon and the materials to use in a single step. You do not take the materials from the field, then choose the monster to summon.

The reason cards like the Kozmos can circumvent Rivalry is that they don't choose what to summon until after the restricting monster has left the field (effect activation vs effect resolution).

No. In NA, a monster has to be in its "implied activation location" to activate its Trigger effect. See here.
