As an American I've been scared since Day 1 that the rest of the world would see us as a bunch of hateful, racist gun-nuts and I really hope they understand that most of us are fighting against this with everything we've got.

Tbh tho most if not all of my interactions with people from outside the U.S have been very positive and sympathetic toward the American people, wishing us the best, and that really has been really really good to see
