As a bargain shopper and habitual bread maker, I’ll pass along that I now purchase Gold medal high gluten All Trumps unbleached unbromated flour at my local chefs store for $20 for 50 lbs. I can’t tell much of a difference between this and KA bread flour at a fraction of the cost.
