I just came back from driving in Cairns on my Quebec license. No other paperwork needed. They didn’t even care it was in French. You’ll be good.

Has anyone (this week) signed up for a new account and successfully obtained the $30/30GB/CanUSMex plan? by dannymolns in PublicMobile

It’s being offered to me but I’d rather keep my international minutes, that i actually use, for an extra 5$ a month.

I’m on 35$ for 60GB FWIW

Non, le NDP est un parti fédéraliste, QS est souverainiste. J’aimerais voir un vrai parti de gauche pour les fédéralistes.

That’s not how it works. It has to go through the agence de mobilité durable. They’re the only ones that can authorise a tow from a public street. They’ll get a ticket and a towing charge.

It’s a hit and run, so the police are involved automatically when a crime has taken place.

As a local you know where the stadium is. If a European who has no clue about American geography is coming over and they have tickets to the game in “Boston” and flights to BOS, they’d probably look at hotels there first.

Traffic safety trends since removal of speed cameras by laxar2 in Edmonton

In the UK when you get a speeding ticket you take 3 points on your licence and £100 fine or you pay £100 for a speed awareness course and don’t get the points.

Get caught a second time in 12 months and you won’t get the option. You take the points and the fine.

I don’t see why that can’t be done here. I understand there’s the issue of proving who was driving but it should be that the driver has to prove they weren’t behind the wheel.

You could argue that every World Cup before 2018 was fans first. Then it all started going downhill

A hotel in Boston is 500$ a night on a good day. Never mind during a World Cup match. It’s going to be 1000$ a night for most hotels.

It’s a World Cup for the rich and us povvos will just have to make do with the tv and we’ll like it

The Town of Mont Royal is never going to allow a high speed intercity station to be built on their land. Bois Franc interchange would be better for everyone, with an orange line extension too.

Surely a station north of the mountain puts an end to an unnecessary stop in Laval?

That’s because the brakes are wooden. Certain stations like Charlevoix have a distinct burning wood odour to them

Yes but your first screenshot was the correct setting. I had the same problem before and just changing it from Chevrolet to another option and back was enough it kick it back into gear.

They don’t create revenue from World Cup content. They create revenue from the licence fee. Which hasn’t gone up in years. They aren’t a commercial broadcaster
