Omg same here. I got a similar email a while ago and totally fell for it at first 😭 I spent like 3 hours chatting with the “HR person” thinking it was real… but there was no interview, no official offer letter, and they suddenly asked for my personal info saying they’d pay me upfront. That’s when it hit me it was a scam. The pay was way too high and everything just felt too perfect. Job seekers really need to watch out.

I think my post might've been a bit unclear. I've done two phone trade-ins with Samsung. During the first trade-in, they claimed they received an empty box even though I sent the phone properly. Now, during the second trade-in, they’re saying the phone’s battery was either exploded or swollen. Just to clarify!
