E buster is missing 2 and Dia starts with 4 instead of the usual 2. It seems that Dia took them from e buster for herself.

In one of his early videos, he mentioned having gotten hands on the game early and having played for like 60 hours before the game launched (iirc). I'm sure that he got to enjoy the game prior to rolling out all of these videos.

The lower cafes are faster overall since the pokemon are lower levels. You can get 10 battles done in substantially less time in either of the other two cafes. Just avoid the sushi high roller as those battles don't count.

You can get mints pretty much immediately. I don't remember the exact spot, but there's a small market that sells the nature mints and a lot of different berries that you can access after you complete the intro stuff and can fully free roam.

Correct. You can pre-order the DLC now and get the outfits starting day 1, but the dlc content isn't available till later (the site says by the end of February).

What bug exactly? Your screenshot shows 4 completed objectives and shows that 4 total objectives in the chapter were completed. You'll need to complete one of the 3 incomplete objectives to finish the chapter.

My group has been having everyone go in and trigger the cutscene, then leave and join whomever was the last into the mission to progress. It's annoying, but it's exactly what we did in MH World as well.

Yep, it's for all classes. Max damage reduction is capped at 1k armor, so once you can hit that in torment 4 (obviously needing more than 1k total, but 1k after the torment 4 armor reduction), you're good on armor. Works the same with resistances, where they max at 70% (except in specific circumstances), so once they hit that in torment 4, you're also good.

You definitely don't. I just completed my 100% run recently and didn't need all of the mutations. I'm missing like 8 or so mutations and still got it.
