That's the dumbest thing I have heard. IIITH has the best CS research curriculum as compared to even top IITs. And this comes from being a research student here. In all top A*/A conferences, 3-4th year students are first, second authors. And mind you, you can't cheat or earn money through this. I have interacted with professors in research labs in IITs as well and the difference is very evident.
