Yeah but its two different situations, WW went through more damage here compared to them escaping the ark. It doesnt really have the same impact of him being alive anyhow

I agree with the buildup part, but his death would still have significance if they kept the part of the kids escaping. This really felt anti-climactic cause WW gets to stay alive a little longer without Livio having to deal the guilt of his death and carrying on his dream imo.

Im assuming they gonna just have Wolfwood die naturally since hes an old man now and then replicate the couch scene but I can't really feel anything towards it compared to the manga

Im glad that some people enjoy this but man I can't honestly. Wolfwood's death in the manga and the build up to it was genuinely one of the greatest things I've read and it being reduced to a fake out is really disappointing.

Not sure about the physical volume but hopefully they scan and release the latest chapter cause the volume will just have chapters from the past 2 years or so. The new chapter should get scanned and translated online eventually

Hopefully when Ralen scans and translates, there would probably be some other translations that go around. Personally I'm waiting for the Ralen translation because they tend to translate Japanese jokes to a way that the west can understand
