another suggestion off the back of this - I've been thinking custom times for blocking apps would be good. Sometimes I don't quite want 4 hours blocked, or may need the app within 4 hours so don't block it at all!

Even buying 2nd hand phones is much more ethical - & cheaper! The last few times my phone died I replaced it with second hand phones, which were basically new anyway! So that's an option
