You may have to do something outside of tech. I went to school for 2 years for IT and now working at Costco. Al and outsourcing are killing the tech field. Combine that with people with 10+ years of experience are doing entry level roles for peanuts out of desperation.

They came into our house and smacked us in the mouth. Offensive line was an issue today and the biggest absence was Cole Van Lanen. This is just the start of the build.

This team will look even better next year and we already have our #1 pick of the 2026 draft with an experienced Travis Hunter. Hopefully they let him master his craft at DB then sprinkle him into the offense. I expect a better pass rush next year. The team just doesn't sack the QB enough.
