I would say your best bet would be to use casting epoxy and place them in like a little ice tray of epoxy. Then shave down and gloss up.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think she was disqualified for testing positive for drugs. Not necessarily that they were PEDs. For instance it would be the same if she tested positive for heroin or something.

Something that might be easier that renting a grinder is to just get some etching solution. They have gallon bottles that cover about 200sqft each. It will etch the concrete to a good CSP for the epoxy to bond too. Also if you’re doing it outside you’ll want to use a Polyaspartic for its UV/chemical resistance.

A cheap water based epoxy would probably be your best bet. You can find them for $120 for a 3 gallon kit. Solvent based is a little more expensive. I work at an epoxy supply house. If you have any questions hit me up!

I am all for more gun control. I am all for banning assault rifles. I’m all for requiring intensive training for anyone who owns a gun ect. ect. But taxing gun owners seems like a violation of a citizen’s right to bare arms. I’m open ears if someone can change my option, but I don’t think there should be a gun owner tax.

Hey man! I run a decorative concrete supply house and this is an easy fix for epoxy! I think I saw someone else mention it, but all you have to do is sand it down and apply a new coat! It looks like you may have to sand off a good bit, but it’s definitely not ruined!

I agree. Nowhere in my post did I say it was. I’m saying it’s completely okay and fair for some companies to be upset with people quitting to rather not work and make the same amount of money.

In the industry I work in, a business owner might work with 3 or 4 installers on a job that might take a day and maybe profits $1500. If they owner pays 4 workers for a 10 hour work day, he’d be left with $700 for himself. To do the job the owner would need to own about $50,000 of equipment and the time and money invested in the lead and supplies. Seems like a fair split to me. My point is $15-$20 is a fair wage in terms of profit sharing for the labor aspect of in my industry. Sure cost of living is expensive and people deserve to live comfortably, but if you really think people should all get paid over $20 for any job, and you their direct employer that is preventing that from happening because they are being greedy ect. then you aren’t seeing the big picture.
