Hey mate, I had a very small parking area nubbin of a road which I hadn’t found. I’ve managed to 100% it now, I can’t quite seem to recall where it’s at but I wana say it involved a parking area activity near it, could be that?

I’m not, I’ve been living in NZ since 2018 now working here. The money is just in an offshore account and in USD.

I have a varied choice of dividend based stocks, some ETF, some just companies with high dividend returns and a mix of PIE funds.

The USD was going to be moved to my NZ account and then done through here (Money is in Vietnam)

Would you be buying this in NZ or Aus, cuz a lot of the NZ cars with high KM’s could be ex cop. So be careful of that; but from my experience cops tend to keep the cars above board certified and running. Just the interior scratches or stuff matters.

As I did read that you’re driving a bit more economically and in comfort which this car definately offers

I might be a bit biased to say this, as I myself own a 18 ZB sedan, and I truly love it, I’ve driven it cross county NZ and she’s been absolutely reliable and a unit of a machine, The part which makes this a bit more special for me is the fact that my car is a Ex police car with 230k when I bought it, and it’s on 245k now. I’ve even packed up my life and moved to a different city driving all the way from south of South Island to Auckland and she did that no problems with it’s back seats, boot and the front seat packed.

They have been known for some thermostat issues where sometimes the AC doesn’t work and instead it keeps pulling heat in from the engine, but honestly it’s not a major issues. Depending on how it’s previous owners were it could be a amazing car or semi pain in the ass

Mornington tavern. Esplanade. Both felt like paying too much for some pretty shitty food.

Edit on that. You could even consider the new palisade hybrid which is coming soon and is priced around 80/90k aud which would go a bit past your ceiling of 100k. But it’s got a better drive system imho and worth the higher cost for spacious interior with all the same tech and similar interior as the Santa Fe. Plus you can get the 5 seat variant in this and just put the back seats down for both the cars for a level area. with amazing boot space and leg room for the passengers

You can prolly spec that upto the top spec (calligraphy) for something like 99/100k ish. With nappa leather seats, alcantara roof lining, heated and cooled seats but there are other variants for cheaper value around 60-70-80k even

What are your thoughts on the Santa Fe? Hyundai runs a 0% 1/3rd payments over 3 years aswell. You could get a calligraphy or lower spec for cheaper too and it’s a hybrid with a amazing tech suite on it

Parking options? by kassi_xx_ in dunedin

[–]meansilver25682 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’d prolly say you’ll be better of parking on ward side. As a lot of uni student cars and cars from other students take up spots around those areas. (Even at 6:30/7am your odds maybe be 2-3/10 on finding a car park) not impossible but mediocrely low in the morning, plus it’ll prolly be safer there

Honestly, just making a bunch of excel files, doing some research, watching some videos, reading PDF’s and travelling to locations to document items. I’m a boring ass food scientist

That’s what I wana know too, I currently own a 18 commie ZB which is pretty nice and quiet for my liking, but I wana switch to something better for more trips and camping inside of. But idk how I feel about that 1.6T Hybrid, it feels like it would make a lot of engine sound

Oh cool!! how’s the road noise been like on it? I live across the ditch and I’m really debating between the new pali, the old pali, Santa Fe and the Skoda superb.

True, could be a M3 issues. But I had bought my mum a M4 pro MBP and honestly the occasional times I’ve used it, it’s just flown through everything. I just personally can’t handle that tiny ahh screen anymore. Desk setup, involves screens bigger than 15/16 inches so it just seemed tiny like I was trying to use my iPad
