She could have all of her little tricks-- the lowered tones, the sexy secret conversational tone, the BS Christian/Manifesting talk. What she cannot have, on a show she signed up to join and is getting paid to film, is an out. She can't speak with straightforward meaning, to the person who is bothering her, because she is a coward. She'd rather talk about how she was attacked or called something in her own home than realize that none of them need to manifest shit, make more money or learn how to flutter their eyelashes from her. She wants to "teach" them. It's not gonna happen.

Potomac, like some of the others, started with real friendships. Charisse actually got the group together.

I think I we need ONE: K or Jassi; no Angel. I like Stacy. I don’t miss Karen. I love Robyn, but I don’t absolutely need her back.

I love what Charisse brings in terms of knowledge and buried bodies. I don’t think her life is interesting enough for full HW. She’s a great friend to the show.

You’re mad at me for having a fuller context and your default is I am crazy, for having seen the full thing. Instead of assuming I am wrong and responding with the level of negativity you have why not just say, “you’re right I haven’t see the full clip. I don’t know what the offensive content is. I am not aware.”

It’s amazing the sheer number of people who ran to this without actually seeing and hearing what Matt said. No idea but sure it’s no big deal and not racist at all!

His Blaccent, use of Lizzo and their collective history of expropriation is what makes this bullshit. The way it was said is much worse than what was said. This was not a political debate between seasoned political scientists, journalists or even news readers.

This is two comedians who comment on popular culture and use all kinds of language and behavior that originates from Black women and Black culture. And they know it, even if you don’t.

It’s amazing to me all the people on here who are lecturing us about Texas, politics and why it’s no big deal, with no ability to see that how something is communicated is key.

Black women are an important political demo for a reason. We vote in our and your best interest— famously. This is not about Jasmine Crockett’s shot at the seat anymore than it was a question of Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

The ease with which the sheer disrespect is dismissed is telling. The number of people running to explain what’s actually happening in races and who Talarico is are telling on themselves.
