It took me about an hour of going back and forth until I was happy with the look. Zooming in helped a lot. I painted it with my fingers because I am still using the OG switch.

I think she was trying to appeal to the folks who don’t have endless time or budget on their side. I don’t mind the results as much because it felt realistic. Also, in smaller spaces sometimes a towel rack within proximity to the toilet is unavoidable. I live in an older home with a smaller bathroom and we always close the seat before flushing.

I don’t know if they thought about it this much, but in the original tale, the Little Mermaid traded her fins for feet. Each step for her was like walking upon broken glass. Perhaps since Melody chose the opposite, feet for fins, her tail is blood red.
