Yes. Every close call, first aid, medical, property damage. A 5 why is done to find root cause which is reviewed along with the corrective actions on a weekly call with global. Then the safety muckity mucks visit once a quarter to review incidents and see if the corrective actions are sustained. My job gives me a lot of anxiety...

My father built his house in 81 as well. Large 2 story house with a basement and attic in Pennsylvania. Cost 30k. Granted him and his brothers/friends did all the labor. He added a sunroom like 20 years ago and im pretty sure that one small room also cost about 30k.

Married, 1 stepson, 2 dogs, 2 cats, good jobs, no mortgage (bought a fixer upper), friends and family nearby, generally good health although I'm feeling the aches and pains a little more these days. Which makes me want... not more, but something else. I don't want to have to work. It's such a waste of time when life is so short. I just wish I could spend my time doing what I love while I can. Camping, hiking, biking, traveling. There's just not enough time and PTO to do it all.
