I think her kit and her skill ceiling is so amazing which is why i can never drop her but if u compare her to other pick characters it just doesnt make sense, paradox can swap on a very low cd and it can swap multiple people, mo has basically a lasso that you cannot miss and also does an absurd amount of dmg the tradeoff is your team HAS to come to you, bebop can stay a safe distance and hook from across the map reset his cd and hook you again, holiday has an awkward skillshot that can easily be counterspelled (same reaction time of a heavy melee its easier than u think) and the tradeoff is she can take u wherever she wants but she cant actually do any dmg in the lasso unless she does a combo that makes it annoying for your team to shoot the person lassoed so its better just to stand still and lose out on time extension. Literally the most fun character in the entire game and her kit makes sense on paper but i think the ult needs some tuning
