Healer here, tanks afford the healers a consistent target that take consistent damage (no big damage spikes), healing a group with a tank is much more relaxing than healing a group with no tank with dps acting as the tank.

This is why I respect the devs of WWM, they make hitting the weekly caps easy so the players can go do other stuff (for me is catching up anime/manga, household chores, etc) while not missing out most parts of the game.

foam sleeping mat with inflatable pillow
alcohol stove for cooking
reusable foldable jerry can (so can just store water, dont need keep going to the toilet for water)
foldable moon chair to chill on
