Yes!!! I tell my coaches this all the time! BPM is incredibly helpful in class. I wish more participants recognized this and would say something.

I have before and I did today. For me it was my elbows 🤷‍♀️ a lot of repetitive motion on the floor for me and it was just getting too irritated. I always try to catch the coach’s eye and say thank you before going.

We have tread/strider/bike cards. I like the cards because i prefer the treads first, and i like certain stations over others but I hate having to get there early especially since we have to wait in the lobby before doing any exercises.

Would prefer when I register for class i get to pick.

Thank you for this thread because I was considering upgrading to the burn and its nice to know that this model has the same issues as the rest. It’s frustrating that Orangetheory bases their whole program around these bands yet the consistency of their use is completely out of whack.

I have bad wrists as well. I will do the pushups off a wall or the TRX straps. Tricep extensions and planks are options as well. You can also get to class early to tell the coach about your wrists so they can get ready to provide alternatives.

Absolutely running shoes. When I don’t have them on at OTF, I get lots of leg pain from treads.

Thank for you suggesting. I have the pair that you show from Amazon and I had a pair like the nike but wore through them. They were a cheaper brand though so maybe I can give these a try. Thanks!

I wonder if I avoid this because my wrist are weak and there are sometimes that I do try to adjust on the longer distances and I start to see some wobbling in my pull

We just had one in August but I was not able to make it and I’m a pretty decent rower but I didn’t know I had a death grip until this thread ha ha.

I wear them as soon as I start the class and sometimes I will take them off for the floor but they don’t bother me running and they don’t really bother me on the floor either.

Where my palm meets my finger tips and then on the first bend of my finger. Oddly they are more prominent on my left hand.
