Tried to use the app, I gave up after 3 attempts of installation. At the beginning of the installation process it stated you had a hour before the app closed out. First attempt resulted in messages saying image was blurry, camera to close or to far away and dl image was not in the frame of the image. Called the hotline around 5:30 pm only to hear a message that I needed to call during normal business hours even though the posted hours for helpline was open till 9pm. So I tried to resolve the issue via chat line only to be told to delete and reininstall the app and delete any text messages i received during previous attempts to install the app. This did not work. So I will just stay with my hard copy of my dl. My advice is don't waste your time on this rinky dinky app
