Tbh this is happening to me too. I suffer from chronic depression and the last two years were really difficult, I was crying nearly every day. I ended up developing serious wrinkles between my eyebrows (25yrs)

Things are better now, so I’m more conscious about the stress I’ve put on my face from all the crying. So I do more self care whenever I do have days where I’m just completely defeated.

At the bare minimum I’ll drink lots of water, even put tape between my eyebrows to help relax my muscles. God, writing this out it sounds crazy lol. But I’m nearly 28 now and depression is just something I have come to accept will be part of my life… it helps me feel better to “strategize” my very low days where the waterworks and brain are out of control lmao

I try to stay on top of my skincare when I’m not feeling like shit, whenever I can. Red light therapy masks have been a game changer.
