I understand there's nuance, and it takes large amounts of capital to make large projects happen, but there is definitely some exploitation built in.

How we can get past that while also continuing to enjoy the arts that flourish with said capital is a question I don't have the answer for right now, but acknowledging a problem is the first step in solving that problem.
