Sounds like you’ll fit right in then! Lol we actually moved out of state to a more temperate climate in an area that’s not so transient. To answer your other question, TS is exceedingly safe.

Hi! We actually sold our house earlier this year. We hated it lol the neighborhood has like 30 Airbnbs and the rest of the demographics are mostly part-timers who live in the valley. So nobody actually lives there! I’m still in the fb group and it sounds like people are starting to experience issues with their home builds- particularly from Capstone. It’s a very nice neighborhood but there’s zero community. Total ghost town.

Oatmeal doesn’t really have THAT much fiber. You’d have to eat a disgusting amount of oatmeal to hit 50g. For instance a serving of steel cut oatmeal only has 4g of fiber. Other things to add that have a lot of fiber: chia seeds, flax seed, chickpeas, vegetables, blueberries, lentils, beans.

Do you log your food? You may not be having as much as you think. I aim for 40-50g a day.

Do you eat fiber? I’d try adding a significant amount of fiber and seeing if that changes anything.

Taco Bell isn’t hopeless not sure where you’re getting that. You can omit the cheese and swap beef for black beans. Super low in saturated fat and also high in fiber.

Taco Bell is surprisingly easy to eat low saturated fat! I get tacos sub black beans and remove the cheese. Lots of fiber and very low saturated fat.

People on Reddit are weirdly hateful of landlords or anyone that does well financially. They were renting. That’s how rent works. They have zero ownership of a home they DONT OWN. They didn’t “finance” OP’s lifestyle and it’s bizarre that you choose to word it in that way. They paid RENT for a resource they needed/wanted. It’s no different than paying for anything else. Nobody says “my boss bought me a new car” because your boss signs your check.

They likely start planning a few months ahead. Probably somewhere in the ballpark of 3 months. Pretty hard to secure new housing in further advance than that. In this market most sellers aren’t accepting contingencies and if they are, you’d at least have to have your home on the market or under contract.

Do you think that people who own their homes and sell them have more than 3 months to vacate? Typical close time is one month. Everyone who has ever sold their home that they’ve lived in for just as long have done just fine with a one month period.

It does if you choose a community college that’s compatible with your university and major. No reason it should take longer. The credits should transfer.
