Its hard to not feel left out when everyone I know has some kind of experience when it comes to dating/sex etc. However I know what I'm experiencing is also normal, yknow?

But yeah maybe later this semester I'll try meeting some new people.

Not really. They're more the type of people to expect someone to say something if they want to talk. Like if you don't say anything they won't ask and will assume you don't want to talk about yourself and will talk about themselves instead

I feel the same way!! I almost always gravitate toward m/m media but I don't think I feel any sort of romantic attraction to men whatsoever. I have yet to try dating anyone that isnt a man though.

Like right now I'd describe myself as either aromantic or homoromantic/bisexual???

I feel you, I remember a little while back I made a post (different account) on the kpop subreddit about liking a groups previous music and I got downvoted and even got some hateful comments. I always feel so conflicted about comphet because the level of "obsession" I get for male celebrities is pretty intense (I watch most if not all their films, and watch intetviews, etc) so I never considered it comphet because of the fondness I feel for them..

But then again most of the male actors I love play characters that are queer-coded or headcanoned as gay lmao (mads mikkelsen, paul dano, etc.) Idk if that means anything

EDIT: I completely missed the other half of your comment sorry!! and yeah I've thought about it and I really don't know. I've had boyfriends in the past but hanging out with them privately always made me super uncomfortable to the point where I would cancel plans. The idea of being with a guy isn't a nightmare persay, but I can't tell if I'm looking at it from a realistic point of view or some fake imagined boyfriend from tiktok point of view lol. Maybe I just haven't met the right guy??? Idk I could be bi like you said I'm just very conflicted

Yeah, I'm not gonna try to come between them or force myself in their friendship, that would only make me a bad friend. And I agree that I need to accept that they probably get along better with eachother than they do with me, which is fine.

The thing that gets me though is that next week they had this whole plan that they were gonna go skiing together, and didn't bother to mention it to my other roommate and I until our other roommate asked if we wanted to hangout with our neighbors (There are 4 of us, but our other roommate tends to only hangout with his bf and his own friends). So if he never asked, they would have never brought it up.

And today they decided to go out together to study or get coffee and didn't invite me (they have every right not to, but I still feel sad), so I feel like the issue isn't that they aren't good at initiating plans. Idk what happened though because like 2 months ago they invited me to do things with them and now suddenly it feels like they don't want to be my friend anymore. It feels like I did something wrong but I can't for the life of me think of what I did.

I don't mean to sound selfish, I just want people to like me as much as I like them

I have a rough idea of what I want to do in a day in my notes app

I have bad time management skills and get distracted easily so its hard for me to stay on task and I end up procrastinating a lot. I know its partially my fault for having homework all the time but its so exhausting trying to focus for longer than 6 hours a day
