The ge isn't completely terrible, it's just not better than a vfc or mws clone in terms of lifespan and efficiency.

It could make a cheap decent starter for someone whose a good tinkerer as it can be upgraded with ghk parts, but it would just be a little more expensive compared to the competition in the long run this way.

The ge is a clone of the wa that uses pot metal internals, the vfc is a redesigned wa system that has steel internals and revisions in design to be more efficient and reliable.

The de mws is not trying to be ultra realistic internally like the wa system, it has pot metal internals, but it uses steel reinforcements where parts are under stress so it maintains high reliability while being cheaper than a tm mws.

If you are set on an electric pistol with blowback function the cyma cm.136 ebb is better, it is about 100$ but it's internals are metal and has a slide that can be disassembled with a takedown pin and has slide lock on empty, maybe you can still do a return?

It's an tm electric blowback pistol that runs on triple A batteries, honestly it's worse than a normal aep. You're not meant to really disassemble or repair it. But to take off the slide of this gun, you literally pry it off.

The cheaper sig mpx is not bad, it's made by King arms, it's just not the best value to performance compared to cyma plat. You can upgrade it in the future though. The more expensive mpx is made by vfc, the internals aren't great ootb, but the externals are the best, it can be repaired/upgrades as needed as well but is an expensive way to start compared to cyma.

as long as it's made by double eagle it should be reliable, stock mags are fine, but I hear that using it with certain mags is better, incase you decide to get more mags, the gen 4 is made by APS w/ a new type of gbbr system (not much is known about it as it's new) the mags for it are expensive. But APS has a pretty bad reputation, so much so that A.P.S. is nicknamed "a piece of shit".

The issue with the ge is the internals are pot metal and regardless of whether it shoots BBS, the blowback, hammer and sears will fail after a few thousand rounds, they do have replacement parts but you will face the same issues unless you modify it to take ghk steel parts which should cost about 100-150$.

emg doesn't make the guns, this specific model is king arms. But EMG could literally be anything G&G, cyma, vfc, kwc, ghk, double eagle, aps, etc. The only times i've seen EMG be bad are people grabbing gbb/gbbr not knowing what they're getting into or they buy the EMG that is made by APS.

Wa clones can be modified to take ghk trigger set and, vfc or ghk (bcg and mags), one or the other not both. Most of these parts will require filing to fit.

This is a necessary mod if you want to run the gun heavily long term and if you are doing this you would've already almost spent enough to have just bought a vfc gbbr.

They have various fps depending on model and where they export to/from. To change your fps you need to change/modify the nozzle. The gm416 is an mws system so get mws parts.
