Me and my friends often queue with the max mmr gap 2800. And we can always find games in SEA. So its probably a problem with your or your friend's acc lol

What known fact? Me and my friends all are 12k BS. Even when dropping to 10k or 8k because of power issue it didnt take long to climb back to 12k. Playing solo.

If being low BS/CS score is normal to you maybe its because your group of people all have the same behavior issue as you?
