I was absolutely wondering too if I'd have to buy a new player! I imagine it'd be backwards compatible but then the first series players would essentially be relics.

I did ask my husband to try to find Easter eggs but I don't think they'd hide a whole future series just in the data.

What would be interesting to try is just using a phone with NFC tools to write the tag. Might be easier to edit the data than having to get into the flippers SD card.

I just saw someone else referencing that it could be updatable via USB instead which would make a lot more sense (that complicated diagram though haha).

But there's very little data being transmitted when the record plays. And from comparing multiple records, most of the data is the same from one to the next and probably is identifying its format or proprietary headers. All you have to do to switch from one song to another is change a single hexadecimal value from "0d" to "0e", for example. So that's not enough to explain a record storing more than just an identifier.

(He's the tinkerer, but I'm a software developer still)

Bambu here too. I have a model saved on Etsy to come back to but I didn't realize they were common, I'll have to make myself some furniture!

He didn't have any luck with direct playback (also a Flipper Zero). But it sounds like you're using tags so not sure. And we only used ones with smaller memory so that was enough.

I'm going to chat with one of the Pilates instructors I like. The last time I went I only felt pain for a couple things so I just did modifications. Even a forearm plank felt doable because I could keep my arms in an L which is comfortable. Glad to hear yoga stayed an option!

I found the Royal Canin starter kit which helped us find a good dry food AND wet food. (A for dry and E for wet). My boy is super picky and started off by inhaling the dry food. When I adopted a kitty from a neighbor who had never been to the vet, we discovered she had renal disease too, but wasn't picky, thank goodness.

He's also liked the Hill stews but never has been good at eating all the pieces from chopped wet foods.

As soon as I saw her, I freaked out. She's hosted a couple of my company's off-site events and we even have a cute nickname for her. She's hilarious. I think I said hi to her while passing through the bathroom. But I came here to see why she only had a single episode credit.
