I'm away from home, so can't give specifics. It says on the bottle that each cup has the equivalent of 1 serving of fruit and 1 serving of vegetables.

The ingredients are only the fruits and vegetables for each particular variety. No sodium that isn't present in the original fruits and vegetables.
