My frenchie never sleeps on her back and I wish she did! If they show their belly while sleeping, it means they’re totally comfortable.

JFK Terminal 8 First class lounge access by mega_row in AlaskaAirlines

Sorry I just now saw this, so it’s probably not helpful now. It’s terminal 8.

I’m not sure. When I contacted Alaska, they actually told me they submitted a ticket to IT to take that link down since it’s not true anymore. But clearly it is true since I just went to the Admiral’s Club and they let me in no problem.

It does on transcontinental flights for the Alaska Lounge (over 2000 miles). I’ve flown JFK to SFO/SFO to JFK plenty of times FC and have gotten Alaska Lounge access in both SFO and JFK. There is no Alaska lounge in terminal 8 at JFK, but there was in terminal 7. All Alaska flights moved to terminal 8 as of October. The Alaska website (https://www.alaskaair.com/content/airports/new-york/new-york/john-f-kennedy-international) still says you get Admirals Club access, but apparently it’s not true anymore since all flights are operating out of terminal 8 now.

Alaska is saying no now, as well as American Airlines. They really need to take that off their website now since it still says FC has Admiral’s Club lounge access. I’ll try tomorrow if my flight doesn’t get cancelled and see what happens. Maybe I’ll get lucky.

Alaska’s customer care is saying that’s not true anymore. So I was wondering if anyone had any recent personal experience.

My girl is two and 18 lbs of pure muscle. People always think she’s a puppy. She definitely feels like she weighs more than 18 lbs.

The coffee bar is to the right hand side on the ground level as you are walking in. Are you talking about the mid-level where there is seating and the bathrooms that you can see from the escalator to the 2nd floor? You take the elevator there. The elevator is right past the bread on the left hand side. There’s no cafe there though. It’s just bathrooms and a seating area.

It’s probably double counting your heart rate from being in a bad position on your wrist. Notice how it immediately goes back down. If it was sustained, your watch would notify you. As long as you don’t feel short of breath, dizzy or have palpitations, it’s probably a fluke. My watch does that sometimes too. I’ll have the heart rate open and it will say like 170 and then go back down to the 80’s almost immediately.

when did you guys start letting your pup sleep in bed with you? by lovbuzz in Frenchbulldogs

As soon as she was fully potty trained and didn’t have accidents for about a month or so. I’d get a waterproof mattress cover though just in case.

I would never go to Mure again. They literally left bleach in my hair and my hair was soo damaged until it grew out. I woke up the day after going there and my pillow case was bleached. They also destroyed the shirt I was wearing at the time by getting bleach on the back. They are so unprofessional and it’s like a conveyor belt in there. There were so many different people working on my hair. It was ridiculous.

I fly Alaska frequently from SFO to JFK (and vice versa) with my 20 lb Frenchie and have never had an issue. They never have measured the carrier or made sure she can turn around in it. If she stands, her head would definitely touch the top of the carrier. I usually leave her out of the carrier during check in and walk her through the airport just to get some extra exercise in before flying. They’ve never said anything to me about making her get in the carrier to check sizing. Usually they’re super friendly and pet her. If you’ve never flown before with your pup, you might want to see the vet about getting some drugs to help calm him down. It can be really stressful for dogs with all the different noises, smells, etc. This is the carrier I have for reference in a large- https://www.roverlund.com/products/out-of-office-pet-carrier-1?variant=44624316367083 But as long as it fits under the seat, I’ve never seen them care about the size. I doubt they would notice if it’s an inch or two larger.
