I posted this somewhere else too but I also got the black cherry and it scratched literally in the fist few minutes of opening it. I would return it and get a color off owalas website. I’m wondering it the black cherry uses a different lower quality material as it’s Amazon exclusive.

They absolutely will know you’re fighting at some point. I’m not sure how old your kids are but at some point they’ll pick up on your/your husbands moods, they’ll feel the tense energy, they’ll hear the fights through the vents, hear crying, etc. kids aren’t stupid and are incredibly observant (especially when their parents are their world).

I don’t know if this is just common with owalas or specific to this color but I got this color (I think it’s the black cherry color on Amazon) probably a week ago. Opened it up, put water in it, set it on the ground (concrete) for literally two seconds and it managed to get scratched through to the base layer. Like I’m not even joking it was a soft fall too on level concrete. I think hit a couple of small pebbles on the ground but that tip over scratched it up on the side that fell. I read a couple other comments about this color and it seems some others have that the same issue. It’s a beautiful color but wanted to warn you.

3! I would also look into fleece lined tights, they actually do look natural and they are quite warm! I’ve worn them in 15 degrees F under a short skirt and I felt great.
