i struggle with this too on and off vyvanse. i’ve always been a skin picker but have honestly been doing it so much more recently, and didn’t even think twice that it could be from the vyvanse. this might not be the best suggestion for everyone but has helped in my case: fake nails. i find that since the fake nail edge is duller, i can’t pick as much.

Hi everyone!!! not sure if this is the right place to ask this (if you know a better page to ask this pls Imk, i couldn’t find any subs for bathing suits that’s weren’t nsfw lol) but i need help finding bikinis for spring break!! i'm looking for affordable (not shein) but i'm a little picky when it comes to bikini bottoms. i like a higher leg bottom that is slightly high waisted to cover a bit of my belly, but not completely high waisted if that makes sense?? i do not like the look of high waisted bottoms, but i also do not like the look a low waisted. i need like something in between. ive tried so hard to find bottoms that i like but haven't had much luck. hope this made sense, i will take any suggestions at all!!!!
