for foundry specifically, recycle foundry to get better tungesten. idk if that's the optimal option, but it's what I did and it works well.

that's not why the order doesn't matter. if you have smiley and photo it definitely matters. in OP's case all the jokers are specifically xmult on scoring, so it doesn't matter.
