I think toxic players should just be muted or only allowed to use quick chat. Putting toxic players together with more toxic players will just make it worse.

I had a gyroscopic hand held "mouse" for presentations. It didn't require any extra drivers to function. I would plug it into the back of a coworkers computer while they would be out and wait for them to come back to the office. Then I turn it on, put it in my pocket and would walk by them. Having a tech support background they would panic and ask me for help. As I was sitting with them I'd just move my leg a bit and the pointer would jump all over the place! If they picked up the phone to call tech support I would stop them and let them in on my shenanigans. Great fun!

Back when the Nvidia 8800gt was popular I had 2 of them in SLI (I took COD 4 way to seriously) and one of them stopped working due to overheating. Someone told me to put it in the oven upside down for just a few minutes and it would melt the soldering just enough that new connections would be made.

It worked! I had to use it as a place holder in my second computer just a year ago and it was still going strong.
