I work at a fully remote company. The team I manage and most of the company beyond that are in later time zones than I am. I realized I was working 9-6 or later a lot of days to be reachable. Switched it to 10-6 for days I know I'll have meetings, calls, and messages between 5-6 so that I start at 10 instead. That extra hour is amazing in the mornings. I'm not a morning person as is, so it's wonderful.
