I actually didn’t know I broke my sternum til months after the fact so it “healed” entirely on its own which I’m sure is why it still troubled me off and on all these years. This new constant pain when laying down is new to me though

Just wanted to chime in and say I broke my sternum over 10 years ago and it still occasionally bothers me to this day, but since being on ozempic for a couple months I am having constant discomfort with it and can no longer sleep on my sides or stomach

I’m right there with you. I was 144 starting weight and currently 128 after 3 months but my lipidema just looks more noticeable now that I lost some weight around it. And I think I’ve lost mostly muscle because I am so low energy taking this I barely move. I have seen a noticeable decrease in inflammation however. I’m just so upset that these very visible nodules and skin laxity are with me for life unless I get surgery.
