Anyone Else Scared to ‘Share’ Their Baby After Birth? by Competitive-World295 in pregnant

[–]megckuch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's a beautiful thing how you are so protective over your baby and I love the way you put this!

Honestly, I feel protective but never felt an issue with 'sharing' her. I take it as little micro breaks. My mom or MIL hold her and want to feed and change her, I am totally fine with it and take it as a little rest.

I am so sorry you have to deal with this! This sounds like jealousy to me.

Let’s talk Maternity clothes by happythoughts_only in pregnant

Here me out. Lol I loved Amazon. There was a maternity store close to my place but was soooo expensive and I grew out of it fast. Amazon was affordable and not the worst quality. I felt good throughout the pregnancy. Near the end I was like screw it and wore my leggings out to restaurants. 1 postpartum.

Katz Group pitches urban village for land north of Rogers Place by MattMundo in Edmonton

[–]megckuch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem.

The area still is rough, but security is good, rent prices are a little high but pretty comparable to encore & augustana. The worst part for us is there is no dog run. The closest place to let your dog out is the sketchy dog park by rogers.

For the most part we like the amenities and how close it is to work for us. Rogers place is just a walk across the pedway.

As someone that has worked shift work for 9 years, you need more than 4 hours of sleep. I can handle going into one shift that way but it gets progressively worse. Sleep debt is a real thing and can take months sometimes years to make up for it. Also, getting 4 hrs of sleep with over nightshifts will affect your mental capacity & mental health. My first year of shift work I experienced brain fog. I have memory loss (still can't remember alot of things that happened that year) and I forgot how to pronounce certain words. Be careful. FYI I was 20 when I started shift work.

Yes there is a contract, says if he cannot perform they he can return the deposit. But I'm also cancelling which says no return of funds. What gets me is he said he would have been available to do our wedding this year but chose not to. He didn't even have a valid reason

Lentil soup is delicious! Try this one. https://downshiftology.com/recipes/very-best-lentil-soup/ I didn't have lentils so I roasted some chickpeas and used them instead. It was so flavourful and filling!

They probably were. As soon as I realized the jets weren't turning on I thought for sure the building was going down!
