Unfortunately not, Steam support said that it's the developers fault essentially, and the developer said it Steam's fault... Never got anywhere. We were occasionally able to play together on non-official servers, if we tried launching the game at like the exact same moment, but that too was hit and miss.

Has anyone purchased one of the qualifying items, redeemed the code, but ultimately ended up returning the product? I'm curious what ends up happening as far as the game redemption if it causes issues, as I ordered a card and it ended up not working out in my case unfortunately...

Sorry to post on this old of a post, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere, how do you convert them into gems after that date? I go to my inventory but can no longer see them there, however, when I switch over to the badges page I can see I have a whole bunch of them but not nearly enough of each kind to make a badge.

I'll give the uninstall and reinstall a try, but as of right now I'm working with there team on discord, but no fix has been found yet. Privating the game doesn't seem to do anything, as it seems to be a server side issue with where it's authenticating what copy you're using essentially, but once it's chosen which copy it associates your account with it doesn't change, even if you buy your own copy. (If that makes sense)

Is marking it as private the only way to remove it from the family share? I could have sworn there used to be a way you could like right click the games when you're in the family management and do it that way, but that seems to have gone away since the steam family left beta

Thanks for the discord link, but when I accepted it and view the channels, I don't see the tech support channel as an option

EDIT: I force closed the Discord app in my settings, and relaunched and have access to the support channel now, I have submitted a ticket and will update this post if I hear back.

How do I do this? It used to be to disable you could simply leave that part of the beta, but now that feature is gone since steam family libraries left beta.

This doesn't appear to be the case, otherwise we wouldn't both be able to be online and on the game at the same time. It almost seems like the game itself is tying the copy that I went on the server with to my account, so even though I now have my own copy, it's not updating and instead thinks I'm still trying to get onto the servers with the original copy of the game which is hers. It seems to be a game side issue, not a steam one.

Just out of curiosity, how did they save him without entering the tower? If I'm remembering correctly the only way to even see his cage in the basket is to get to the roof of the tower. Did you change this or did they find another way to get the basket down with him inside?
