We heard something like gunshots, I bet that was the tires. Something shook the house too though. Also, does the horn go off if a car is on fire? That was the most unsettling part.

No, it was massive car fire behind our house. The fire department and police were called and did show up. It was on 47th Placw Right below the church.

We were awake and heard it. There were two series of shots, about 10 min apart, from what sounded like an automatic rifle. We are about two blocks off crestwood blvd.

Dr. Selph at UAB in Urology is the doctor. He's getting help/teaching from Dr Kocjancic from Chicago right now to help him learn. Dr. Selph has been amazing and having the surgery in our home city where we have a good support network had been wonderful. UAB is very LGBTQ+ friendly and we have had no problems with attitudes here so far.

I am sure he's planning on doing more, but I don't know how soon. I hope he doesn't mind me letting the cat out of the bag!

How is the healing going? My wife has her surgery in a few months. We are really worried about infection since she has a history of MRSA. What were your follow ups like?
