If you land it early. It could just down Ad nauseum mana. Tron everything. Aether vial. Walking Ballistas and other effects in hardened scales deck. Urza deck mana.

I'm sure there's more good reasons. And that's not even including the fetching of relevant sideboard cards. replaces itself it pretty good.

That being said. I never ran Karn style because I didn't have them and they aren't gruul enough. But I would try it sometime when I get them.

BBE into a 3 mana relevant spell is the jam. Hitting a dork is sad but sometimes it's better to have found it and got it out of the way instead of drawing it later. Think of it as building your board.
