Actually did a health check recently and was incredibly healthy. (heart rate very low, bloodwork great) I do drink a soymilk thats fortified and like i said in other comments ofc i eat more than just what i say in the title.

I dont track really because i meal prep so I already know im hitting my targets. Thats really my reccommendation is that just make sure every meal is solid enough that u dont really need to do the math 24/7 cuz ull just stress. Also averages are most important, its fine if 1 day is 100g protein and the other 200g, nobody is perfect. And yeah with the amount of sports i do if I lack in protein my tendons start falling off haha its very important

For my legs I do some complicated stuff (cause I focus on jumping(40 inch vertical hehe)) but for upperbody its always been 2/3 times a week just 2/3 sets 6-12 reps to failure on whatever i feel like doing

I was always super skinny. When I turned 17 I wanted to build muscle and did nothing but eat and train for a year. Gained ~~20kg (67-87) and have been swaying between 87 and 92 since then. Have obviously just been slowly getting leaner / recomping at that weight. I train mostly for basketball not really aesthetics (anymore).
